Notes on ‘arrival time’/’am:pm-window’
If we will be more than 10min early/late – we will send you an SMS -*- for example, if you are booked for 11am, this means we will also have a job booked for 7am, if that job runs long (or short) we will adjust your booking time – this will be done as:
a): we will send you an sms with our ETA by 10.55am
or
b): we will send you an sms at say 9am asking if we can start your job at 9.30am, and if not, we will fill this 90min with other work and arrive at 11am as planned.
